SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times
Most orders require processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, especially for personalized, custom, print-on-demand, or supplier-fulfilled items. Estimated processing and delivery times will be provided whenever available.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8.
Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Express shipping is available for $15 on eligible orders.

Multiple Packages
Because The Plot Twist Co. offers products from multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking information as it becomes available.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at shoptheplottwistco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
